“If one's intention is the seed of what they are calling into their life, and a journey is a ritual that opens the seed into a sprout, then the integration is the nourishment that helps it grow healthy." - Francoise Bourzat

Entheogenic (Psychedelic) Integration Coaching

Whether we’re working with experiences with an entheogen (plant or fungi medicine, drug) or any other impactful experience brought on by other modalities (e.g. meditation, breathwork, retreat, silent or dark retreat, travel, quarantine…), having the intention, dedicated time, safer space, and compassionate support and guidance for integration can make a world of difference.

After these potentially informative, transformative experiences, the important, sometimes fun, and oftentimes (more) challenging part comes: of unpacking, meaning-making, and compassionately incorporating, with awareness, the insights, and parts of ourselves accessed, into our daily lives, instead of letting them fade away like a distant dream. Have you ever noticed how easy it can be to forget when we don't make the effort to remember?

Whatever it may be, and wherever you may be, I'm here to walk alongside you and offer support, as we all make our way on this beautiful journey back home.

Why Integration?

Through integrating these experiences, learnings, and parts of ourselves back in, we support the process of stepping more fully, with more awareness and hopefully compassion, into our whole, wild, fully expressed, soulful Selves. Coming into alignment with our heart and soul, we can connect more deeply to our authentic selves, as well our gift(s) and purpose. I find this work of integration to be as much about bringing all the pieces together in harmony as it is about doing so to then be able to step into our beautiful, fully expressed Selves and purpose, and bring forth the gift(s) we have to share with others.

“...  it’s lovely when you find someone at work who’s doing exactly what they dreamed they should be doing and whose work is an expression of their inner gift. And in witnessing to that gift and bringing it out, they actually provide an incredible service to us all. And I think you see that the gifts that are given to us as individuals are not for us alone, or for our own self-improvement, but they’re actually for the community and to be offered…” - John O’ Donahue

The session:

1-1 sessions provide the opportunity to safely dive more deeply into whatever has come up from an experience, with compassionate support and guidance.

Depending on where someone is at in their journey, working together can support the following:

  • Preparation in any and all aspects: logistically, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually

  • Post-experience landing support for grounding oneself shortly after

  • Post-experience exploration and understanding:

    • Reviewing and safely exploring the experience and what came up -- e.g. insights, parts, learnings, joys, confusions, challenges

    • Meaning-making of the experience

    • Clarifying and identifying elements to work with and incorporate into (daily) life

    • Compassionate Inquiry* into whatever has come up, to also bring more awareness, understanding, and compassion to the parts of ourselves that surfaced

  • Compassionate implementation:

    • Identifying and declaring shifts to make in alignment with what was experienced

    • Exploring and designing supportive exercises, practices, rituals

    • Support in designing plans and accountability in shifts and projects

    • Revisiting and reevaluating shifts and projects, incorporating new insights and learnings gained over time

*Compassionate Inquiry is a therapeutic approach, from Dr. Gabor Maté and Sat Dharam, which helps bring awareness to and compassionately shift when and where our past traumas are driving our present experience.

How I work with and support others combines various elements ontological coaching, Compassionate Inquiry, Nondual Tantra philosophy, yoga and meditation, embodiment, and nature-based perspectives and practices.

About me

My journey began with my father, who had cancer for ten years - half my life before he died. As he faced and learned to embrace death through his own process and ways, I was there to listen and take it all in, even if I didn't understand it yet.

He was the first to invite me to befriend silence, stillness, and reflection. He showed me how to see the beautiful divine in all things. And ultimately, he taught me what it is to trust and surrender, because that's all there is to do in the end. He showed me the doorway to a spiritual path that I've been grateful to walk my whole life, with him still alongside.

Through a resulting lens of curiosity and gratitude for life (and death), I have ventured through mine, searching to understand life, death, place, belonging, home, and everything in between and beyond. On this path have come extraordinary and ordinary experiences and teachings, and an avalanche of learnings, turning my life into a beautiful, endless process of integration. Sharing from my heart, and making my own way back home, I’m passionate about accompanying others, back to their whole, wild, soulful, authentic selves.
