Transformational & conscious breathwork (Stress Regulation)

Your breath is a constant resource, ready to help you balance, energize, or calm yourself. I offer the deep and transformative practice of Transformational Breathwork (Conscious Connected Breath), along with Conscious Breathwork techniques, to help you tap into your body’s natural ability to regulate itself during stressful times and build resilience.

Conscious Breathwork (Stress Regulation)

The breath is the sole component that bridges our somatic nervous system (responsible for voluntary functions like controlled movements) and our autonomic nervous system (regulates involuntary bodily functions).

During times of stress and tension, our autonomic nervous system often prompts short and shallow breathing. By bringing consciousness to our breathing patterns and reclaiming control over our breath, we can reintroduce relaxation and lightness to the body.

Through the practice of various breathing techniques, you will learn a practical skill set to take home and support yourself.

Transformational Breathwork

Conscious Connected Breath is a guided breathing technique that allows access to our cellular memory. It facilitates the shifting of stored energy within our bodies, bringing it back into motion, and releasing it. This practice aids in integrating emotions and terminating stress cycles. It also induces an expanded state of consciousness, granting access to the subconscious. Within this safe space, existing deep-seated conflicts can be neutrally observed, offering an opportunity to resolve and replace them with positive experiences. It provides a chance to gain a new perspective.

In my Conscious Connected Breathwork sessions, I will guide you through your breath. Supported by music, there is space to transform your energy and regain your strength.

  • Package: 8 Sessions at 60 Min. (online optional): 650 €

  • 120 min. / 1:1 session (at Osmo's studio): €95

  • 120 min. / group session (at Osmos studio, min. 4 ppl): 35 €/person

About Me

I’m Louisa, breathwork facilitator, naturopath and coach specializing in stress management and burnout prevention, personal development, and holistic nutrition.

I have personally experienced the effects of long-term stress. For over a decade, I worked in the fast-paced, high-pressure environment of the advertising and film industry – until I burned out. During those stressful years, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, exploring various approaches from holistic nutrition and bodywork (manual therapy) to spiritual methods and holistic healing practices. My deep interest in alternative healing and health led me to where I am now. My burnout was the turning point, guiding my discoveries into my professional path of helping others.

Breath has inspired me on so many levels. A reflection of life, an indicator of the nervous system, a tool for transformation. May your breath also inspire you.
