What is Craniosacral biodynamics?
Craniosacral biodynamics, also known as biodynamic craniosacral therapy (BSCT), is a deeply restorative, somatic, and relational based form of therapeutic bodywork. As a BSCT practitioner, I tune into the inner landscapes of the body through light touch. I listen to how muscles, ligaments, blood, and fascia are in relationship with each other and the body as a whole. Among many things, we work with nervous system regulation, bottom-up processing, and building resources to support a life with more ease, wellness, and joy.
In my sessions, I weave together my experience and expertise within fields of dance, holistic movement, somatics, mindfulness, and spirituality.
In craniosacral sessions, we make space for unprocessed experiences, pain, and emotions held within our nervous system, our fascia, and our brain to express itself, and over time, perhaps slowly release or adjust. What is important to point out, is that any release or shift happening in the client’s system is initiated from within the body, rather than mechanical interventions by the therapist. This gives you a space to move at your own pace, and to reclaim and reconnect with your own autonomy and sense of self in present time - a deeply important process in recovering from trauma, boundary violation, burn-out, and neglect. This unique approach makes BSCT a leading practice in psycho-somatic conditions that may include: auto-immune diseases, chronic pain, migraine, and stress-related experiences such as; tension, insomnia, or fatigue.
BSCT is a non-diagnostic, non-invasive practice that supports longevity and overall health. We see health through a holistic lens that embraces both our physical, mental, and emotional health, and honors their deep interdependence.

About me
My name is Fanny-Anna Henningsen (She/they), and I am queer witchy artist, dancer, somatic practitioner, and facilitator with a passion for bringing healing, creativity, joy, and pleasure to the world. In 2020, I started my small business called Waves of Healing, where I began as a tarot practitioner. Since then, my work has grown to also encompass somatic oriented body-work and holistic dance/movement. I am of nordic and slavic/eastern european descent, and my work is influenced by mysticism and nordic mythology.
Since I was very young, my big passion and interests have always revolved around art, expression, philosophy, and healing. I have 10+ years of experience in dance and movement, and still have a deep love for performing and creating.
Losing a parental figure early on, and living with complex trauma, slowly led me to seeking a path of supporting others on their healing and recovery journey.
I finished my education, and became a certified Biodynamic craniosacral practitioner in winter of 2023, with over 150 practice sessions in my “professional bag”. I have since worked a small practice in my hometown of Copenhagen, and I am excited to start a new path here in Berlin at Osmos studio. Dance, creativity, and art is still a big part of my life, and I recently started integrating holistic dance-and movement into my offerings.
Goofy in nature, and nerdy in practice, I bring a sweet balance between depth and lightness to our session. Creating an environment where you feel safe, cared for, and seen, is of great importance, and is a spiritual and magical practice to me. My scope of practice is grounded in an anti-capitalist, liberatory, and ancestral framework.
I believe that investing in our own wellbeing, and the wellbeing of our community, can be a way to restore our wholeness. Wholeness; not as a disregard or bypassing of our grief, our suffering, and loneliness. But rather as remembrance of our love, our resiliency, our adaptability, and all of the complexity in between.
